How to Unlock Truth Beneath the Water
To unlock the Truth Beneath the Water, you must complete the previous quest, Ridu Fishing Festival!

Truth Beneath the Water is the second quest in the Elpis Ultimate Angler Championship Fishing Event.

Truth Beneath the Water Quest Guide
- Meet with Qingyi
- Rank Top 2 in the Competition
- Investigate the Fishing Spot
- Look for Ben Behind the Lighthouse
- Clear the HDD Commission
- Find a Place to Talk
Meet Up with Qingyi and Join the Competition
Head back to Port Elpis and meet up with Qingyi. After that, head to the noticeboard to check it. Press on the Go Button and read the announcement. The dialogue further continues with you talking about it with Qingyi and Ben.
The dialogue continues until you enter the fishing competition.
Rank Top 2 in the Competition
To get rank top 2, immediately press the button to start fishing as soon as the timer starts. Once the button becomes purple, follow the prompts as fast as possible to catch a fish!
After getting rank 1 or 2, talk to the referee and return to the noticeboard. Then, talk to Ben and Peyton.
Investigate Deepwater Fishing Spot
Talk to Qingyi, President Qi, and the other contestants. Rank Top 2 once again within that fishing spot. Afterward, talk to Peyton.
Look for Ben Behind the Lighthouse
After that, look for Ben behind the Lighthouse. Talk to Qingyi, Ben, Qi Yu, and McDunn. Once that discussion is done, talk to Qingyi and start the Turning Waters into Treasure Hollow Commission.
Clear the Turning Waters Into Treasure

| 1 |  As Qingyi, talk to Phaethon through to Eous as they instruct you on how to clear the area via the container consoles. |
| 2 |  Defeat the infested ethereal enemies and continue on the area. |
| 3 |  Follow the quest markers and until you find the container console. Interact with it to open up a path from the first area. |
| 4 |  Defeat the enemies that spawn once you cross and interact with the Discarded Box. After that, follow the quest marker again to get to the next area. |
| 5 |  Interact with another console to move the container and make a path. When you're on the other side, a cutscene will start, spawning enemies afterward. |
| 6 |  After defeating the enemies, open another box. Follow the quest marker until you reach another console to open up another path that leads to a lift. |
| 7 |  Once you're on top of the lift, head left and interact with the footprints on the ground. After that, follow the quest marker again until you reach the Signal Lights Challenge. |
| 8 |  To solve the Signal Lights Challenge, there will be flashing colors within the container console and across that will be a light pole with colored lines per screen. Interact with the console when the color matches the lines on the pole. The colors for this round are blue, green, green. |
| 9 |  This will move the container which houses another Discarded Box that has what you need. A fissure will appear; you must enter it to get to the next area! |
| 10 |  Follow quest markers until you reach another console. Interact with it and follow the quest markers where enemies will spawn. After defeating the enemies, move towards the console and interact with it. |
| 11 |  Solve another Signal Light Challenge. The colors are green, blue, and yellow. |
| 12 |  A thracian will appear, defeat it and interact with another discarded box to complete the commission! |
Find a Place to Talk
Once the commission has been clear, a dialogue begins with McDunn and President Qi. After that, find a place to talk and discuss what you learned with Qingyi.
Next, head to the noticeboard to complete the quest!
