Notorious Pompey can be encountered in Floor 5 of the Endless Tower Last Stand. After defeating it once, its enemy card will be unlocked!

The Notorious Pompey has a large Daze meter. While it's still possible to stun him, the quickest way to defeat him would be to rely on Attribute Anomalies and Disorders.
Bring along your best Anomaly Agents and be sure to inflict Disorder as often as you can.

Dodge the Notorious Pompey's Counterattacks
At certain times, the Notorious Pompey will put his blade up and guard against your attacks. When attacked, he will unleash a flurry of counterattacks, which can eliminate several characters if you're not careful.
Thankfully, these counterattacks can be predicted. Should you see these coming, with aid from their golden attack cues, be sure to execute Dodge Counters and Perfect Assists accordingly!
