Escape Memento can be unlocked by sending a DM to Astra and selecting the Let's go to Reverb Arena dialogue option.
Choosing Let's go to Port Elpis will trigger The Name of Fish commission instead.

After starting the Quality Time Invite, meet Astra at Reverb Arena's Entrance Passage and walk with her to the Rest Area.
Browse Niya's Merch
After arriving in front of Niya's stall, browse through the merch she sells and finish the conversation with Astra and Niya to complete this Quality Time Invite.
