  2. Locate Venus
  3. Interrogate the Thug With Kami North

Go to Coff Cafe at Midnight

Upon Lana's request back in Connecting With the Star (I), go to Coff Cafe at midnight.

Unable to locate both Lana and Venus at the cafe, talk to the Unnamed Landlord instead.

Locate Venus

After knowing the truth about Lana, reply to Venus and locate her by following the trail marked by blue quest markers.

Interrogate the Thug With Kami North

Interrogate the Thug With Kami North

After being saved by Kami North from the Black Anchor ambush, talk to Kami North and interrogate the Black Anchor thug with him.

Finish the interrogation to complete this commission.
