    One comment... you need to have completed Tour De Inferno to unlock the Event... I know this because I just beat Tour De Inferno (Story missions) and it unlocked. Note this is on Christmas Day I unlocked the event,

    I think game8 just said the wrong date cuz in game it says stay tuned for the exact start date in the upcoming event anouncements so it doesn't start as 1.4 is released and maybe it will be released in january cuz it's not on official events calendar
