H	The second letter H can be found on the second floor of Area 3, Outpost Beacon - Prep Area.
E	The third letter E can be found on the fourth floor of Area 3, Outpost Beacon - Fault Floor.

S	The fifth letter S can be found on the third floor of Area 3, Outpost Beacon - Mid-Level.
B	The sixth letter B can be found on the second floor of Area 1, Fault Surface - Fault Floor.
O	The seventh letter O can be found on the third floor of Area 2, Old Observatory - Fault Floor.
A	The eighth letter A can be found on 88F-B in Area 5, Turbulent Corridor - Ether-Stable Area.
R	The ninth letter R can be found on the second floor of Area 2, Old Observatory - Prep Area.

Have at Least 7 Starting Bombs

Before heading out to view the secret message, you need to have at least 7 starting bombs from the Tech Tree. Randomize some of your Tech Buff nodes until you can start a run with 7 bombs.

The secret message is located in Laboratory Ruins 99F-B Area 4 stage in the in 99F-B - Ruin Depths. You must complete the Arpeggio Fault Follow-Up Investigation - Where the Mystery Went quest first to access this floor.

To display the secret message, you must open chests in Laboratory Ruins 99F-B - Ruin Depths.

There is no particular order to follow when opening the chests since the secret message will still be displayed even if some of the chests forming the letters of the message disappear.
