Go inside the tent in Scott Outpost and ask Ray what are the next steps to take in Arpeggio Fault. After talking to her, the 94F-B Ruins in Laboratory Ruins Area 4 will be unlocked.
Access the Arpeggio Fault in Hollow Zero and investigate the 94F-B - Ruins and 99F-B - Ruin Depths.
There is a locked gate in the last floor in the ruins and you can go through it by choosing any option, except the Give up option obviously.
Beyond the locked gate, you will be able to obtain the Damaged Safe lost item.
In 99F-B - Ruin Depths, there is only an exit on the far left side of the map. But, there is a hidden area on the right side where it will display the secret message, “CHESSBOARD THANKS SO MUCH FOR PLAYING OUR GAME ❤”, after you find the right chest.
However, you need to have at least 7 bombs to access the right side of the Ruin Depths. The bombs needs to be from the buffs you get from the Tech Tree.
Report your findings from investigating the 94F-B - Ruins and 99F-B - Ruin Depths to Ray. After talking to her concludes the Arpeggio Fault Follow-Up Investigation - Where the Mystery Went quest.
