Gaming Time is a Trust Commission for Caesar where you play some arcade games with her at Godfinger Arcade in Sixth Street.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Caesar Trust Events and Best Answers
The Gaming Time commission can be unlocked by sending Caesar a DM and choosing the Let's go play some games then! option.
Selecting Is there anything you want to do? will trigger the Getting Some Exercise commission, however.
Complete the Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer Main Commission to unlock Caesar on the contacts list. She can be sent an invite to hang out afterwards.
Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer
Head to Godfinger Arcade in Sixth Street and talk to Caesar. Afterwards, finish the conversation with Caesar to complete this commission.

Choosing paper will lead to you defeating Caesar, and that doesn't give you an extra trust increase. I assume you have to choose one of the other two options to get the final dialogue and increase
