Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!

You can get the Overlord's Guest after completing the Old Buddy and Good Buddy commission.
The Old Buddy and Good Buddy trust commission can be unlocked when your trust level with Caesar is near Level 4 or Trusted.
Caesar can be found in the Lower Level of Blazewood in the Outer Ring. Help her fix her motorcycle and finish the cutscene to complete this commission.
The dialogue choice you make in Old Buddy and Good Buddy does not matter, as this is a trust rank up commission.
Completing the Old Buddy and Good Buddy commission increases Caesar's trust rank to Trusted!
