Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Caesar Trust Events and Best Answers
The Under the Stars commission can be unlocked by sending Caesar an invite and choosing the I'm all about that meteor shower! option to make it appear on the Schedule.
Selecting the The market sounds pretty fun. option will start the Tyche Crates commission instead.
Complete the Leisurely Lull - Unexpected New Customer Main Commission to unlock Caesar on the contacts list. She can be sent an invite to hang out afterwards.

Meet up with Caesar in the upper level of Blazewood in the Outer Ring. She can be found in front of the Cheesetopia Diner.
