Mediator in a Dilemma is a Trust Commission for Caesar where you and Caesar help settle a sibling dispute between Kasa and Dorian.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Caesar Trust Events and Best Answers
Once you build enough trust with Caesar to raise it to Friendly, this commission will appear on the schedule the morning after.
To start this commission, find Caesar near the wooden elevator platform and talk to her. After hearing the noise, ride the elevator downwards to investigate.
After heading down, talk to Kasa and Dorian, who are discussing Dorian's wish to leave the Outer Ring.
To complete this commission, follow Dorian beside Cheesetopia after he storms off and talk to him again.
As this commission solely increases trust rank with Caesar, your dialogue choices don't give additional trust.
Finishing Mediator in a Dilemma raises Caesar's trust rank to Friendly.
