Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Caesar Trust Events and Best Answers
The Foot in Mouth can be unlocked when your trust level with Caesar is near Level 3 or Close.
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
You're suddenly wondering how is Caesar doing, so you go meet up with her in Blazewood in the Outer Ring. She can be found near the elevator in the lower level.
You and Caesar gets teleported to the upper level of Blazewood and you go near Red Moccus to check on it.
You get back to the video store to seek help from the other Proxy on how to fix Red Moccus.
After speaking with the other Proxy, you and Caesar goes to the 141 Convenience Store in Sixth Street.
Go back to Random Play video store to give the toner to the other Proxy, so Red Moccus can be fixed. The commission will end after the cutscene inside the store.
The dialogue choices you make in Foot in Mouth doesn't matter as this is a trust rank up commission.
Completing the Foot in Mouth commission will level up Caesar's trust rank to Close!

Upon raising Caesar's Trust Rank to Close, you can also claim 30 Polychromes and 10,000 Dennies on the Trust Rewards menu.
You will also unlock Caesar's Affinity Resonia, Overlord's Accompaniment, to use in Hollow Zero!
