Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Lucy Trust Events and Best Answers
The Mysterious Visitor can be unlocked when your trust level with Lucy is near Level 2 or Friendly.
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
Talk to Lucy inside the Random Play video store in Sixth Street. You can see that she might be thinking of something.
