Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Seth Trust Events and Best Answers
Family Movie Night will be unlocked once you've reached the Friendly Trust Rank with Seth after doing the Interview Incident. The Trust Commission will appear on the schedule the next morning.
Interview Incident Quest Guide
Check the DM from Seth, where he's asking about The Big Hollow videotape. A follow-up message will occur afterwards, asking if you have the videotape that he requested.

You can get The Big Hollow videotape after reaching Video Store Level 2. The Video Store Level 2 can be unlocked by reaching Inter-Knot Level 20 and completing the Prologue of the Main Story.
How to Raise Your Inter-Knot Level
After answering Seth's second DM, wait for him to come to the Random Play video store for his videotape rental. Once he arrives, give the videotape to Seth.

After completing Family Movie Night, Seth can now promote the video store!
