Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Seth Trust Events and Best Answers
The Interview Incident trust commission can be unlocked when your trust level with Seth is near Level 2 or Friendly.
Go find Seth at the entrance of Lumina Galleria, which is near the Waterfall Soup in Lumina Square. After talking to him, a cutscene with a street reporter will occur.

The dialogue choice you make in “Interview Incident” don't matter as it will not increase trust.
Completing the Interview Incident trust commission will level up Seth's Trust Rank to Friendly and will also increase her Trust Level!
