How to Unlock Supply Boxes and Gold Rush Proxy

Obtain the First Supply Box

After getting your first supply box in Hollow C41, you'll need to leave the Hollow to find a way to unlock it. This will start the Supply Boxes and Gold Rush Proxy commission.

Meet Nicole at the Newsstand

After existing the Hollow, Nicole will DM you to tell you she has a way of opening the box. Go outside the store and talk to her to start a cutscene.

Enter C41 and Try Out the Amplifier

Return to the event Hollow and use the Heat Haze Amplifier you got on the marked tile. This will open up a section in C41 for you to explore. Keep exploring until you reach a dead end and then leave the Hollow.

Discuss Plans With Wise/Belle

Once you leave the Hollow, talk to your sibling about not having any more amplifiers.

Fix the Amplifier

For this portion of the commission, you'll need to speak to several characters to proceed. Start by talking to Nicole on Sixth Street and then ask Anton on Brant Street. Next, you'll need to ask Lycaon in Ballet Twins Road and finally back to Sixth Street with Enzo.

Enter Hollow C41 and Use the Amplifier

After Enzo fixes the amplifier, you'll be able to use it anytime in Hollow C41. Return to the dead end from before and use it to continue exploring the storage area.
