Upon receiving the commission, you can find Qingyi looking for a buckle near Gravity Cinema in Lumina Square.

Continue the search by moving to Ballet Twins. Qingyi will be near the map.

Take a Photo as per Qingyi's Request

Pull out the camera and take a picture of the map. If you're tracking the quest, it will show Target spotted on the shutter.

The search will lead you to the corner of Sixth Street. Fast travel to Sage in a Barrel and talk to Qingyi to complete the commission.
