Memory of a Melody is a Trust Commission for Rina. This commission unlocks after reaching the Friendly trust rank with Rina.
As this is a videotape request, note that Memory of a Melody cannot be replayed once you finish it.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Rina Trust Events and Best Answers
After raising Rina's trust rank to Friendly, answer Rina's DM asking if you have the videotape, Black LP Player. Afterwards, she will message you again once you have obtained the videotape.
Black LP Player is a videotape you automatically receive upon reaching Level 6 on the video store.
You unlock Level 6 for the video store by reaching Inter-Knot Level 40, clearing Chapter 1 of the Main Story, and completing Black Dance Shoes/Battle Waltz.
Once you have Rina's requested videotape, she will DM you again, asking if you have the videotape already. Answer her DM to proceed with the commission.
Rina will come by Random Play the next day from morning to evening, so you can spend time on commissions while waiting.
Testing With Your Life Actually on the Line is a short commission you can do under 10 seconds to pass the time while waiting for Rina.

The dialogue choices you make in Memory of a Melody do not matter as all will increase trust.
After reaching Friendly Trust rank and completing Memory of a Melody Trust Commission, Rina will be available to promote the video store.
