Quiz Prize is a Trust Commission for Zhu Yuan. This is the first trust rank-up for Zhu Yuan, and she'll become Friendly after completing this quest.
As this ranks up trust, the Quiz Prize Commission cannot be replayed once you finish it.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Zhu Yuan Trust Event and Best Answers
Build trust with Zhu Yuan by doing trust commissions and trust events until you reach near the Friendly rank. You'll receive a DM from her to start this quest.
Go to Lumina Square and look for Zhu Yuan and Qingyi. Approach them to trigger a cutscene.
After the cutscene, Qingyi will leave and you'll need to meet up with Zhu Yuan at the metro station. Speak to her and watch another cutscene.
After getting off the train, you'll be in front of Coff Cafe on Sixth Street. Approach Zhu Yuan again and watch the final cutscenes to end the commission.
As this commission is mostly done through cutscenes and is guaranteed to increase trust rank, your dialogue choices won't matter.
After completing the Quiz Prize Trust Commission, Zhu Yuan's Trust rank will become Friendly.
