A Date With the Black Cat is a Trust Commission for Inky.
The commission can be unlocked once Inky's trust is about to level up to Trusted, and can be done from evening to midnight.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Inky Trust Event and Best Answers
The commission appears when Inky's Trust Level is about to rank up to Trusted with the Proxy.
Once Inky's Trust Level is about to rank up, Soldier 11 will DM you to hang out with Inky. Answer her DM to receive the commission on your schedule.
Afterwards, find Inky on the Trash Can behind 141 Convenience Store in Sixth Street. Talk to Soldier 11 to complete the commission.
Completing A Date With the Black Cat will raise Inky's trust rank to Trusted.
