Find Lost Items From the Old Capital in Hollow Zero

The Sanctuary commission can be unlocked once you find all six Lost Items From the Old Capital in Hollow Zero. The lost items randomly spawns inside the Hollow and can be found after unlocking Scott Outpost.

Lost items are collected from Secret Path tiles in Hollow Zero, and you can get up to 3 items per day. You do not need to complete Hollow Zero stages to obtain Lost Items as quitting lets you keep them.

We recommend loading up a stage like Old Capital Metro: Frontline or Interior, checking if a Secret Path tile is present, and exiting and reloading the stage again until the Secret Path tile is present.
