Watch Your Step is a Hollow Exploration Event that features the Icedrift Hollow where you must carefully plan out your route in the Easy commission and get the HIA Data Samples in the Hard Commission.
To access the Watch Your Step Event, you need to reach Inter-Knot Level 30 and complete Chapter 2 - Interlude Intermission.

Watch Your Step is divided into 5 parts, each unlocking on different dates. Complete the preceding stages and wait for the other stages to unlock.
Once the Watch Your Step Event is live, go to the Schedule tab on the Inter-Knot menu and start tracking the Watch Your Step event commission.
Follow the green quest icon and talk to Anton outside of the Random Play Video Store.
After the cutscene between Anton and Safety ends, enter the Hollow Deep Dive System and click the red circle on the bottom-right corner of the screen. This takes you to the commissions associated with the event.
On the next menu, select a stage on the bottom part of the screen and press the Next button to deploy and start the commission.
The commissions in the Watch Your Step event introduces fissure tiles.
When you step on this tile two times, you will be taken back to the previous floor of the Hollow. Make sure to plan the path to take to reach the end tile of the Hollow.
At the end of the fissure tile puzzle part, you will be taken to the combat part of the commission. Defeat all the enemies to complete the commission.
You can unlock the Hard Mode of the commission once you complete the Easy move version.
The Hard Mode commission requires you to collect a number of HIA samples while navigating around the fissure tiles.

Thank you for this. I was stuck right in the middle (mission 3, floor 2) and just wasn't seeing the path to drop the closer of the carts.
