Once Billy agrees to meet with you, he will ask you to pick a destination between Box Galaxy or Godfinger.
Choose to meet at Box Galaxy to initiate this commission as picking Godfinger will trigger the Arcade Ace commission.
Meet With Billy
After indicating where you want the destination to be, meet with Billy at the said place on Sixth Street.
Take A Picture of Billy
Billy will ask you to take a cool photo of him. Whip out your camera and take Billy's photo.
Spend your time with Billy and complete the commission.
