Hidden Desire is a City Commission that unlocks Advanced Tuning that guarantee S-Rank Drive Discs It also unlocks Orientation Tuning to select desired main stats on Drive Discs with the use of Tuning Calibrators.

Alongside Path of the Proxy III, Hidden Desire will unlock after raising your Inter-Knot level to 40. Read and reply to Elfy's DM to accept this commission.

After accepting the commission, Elfy will be waiting for you outside her store, Bardic Needle. Talking to her will start the commission and grant you 1x Tuning Calibrator and 12x Hi-Fi Master Copies

Perform Orientation Tuning on a Drive Disc

Use the Tuning Calibrator and Hi-Fi Master Copies Elfy gave to tune a Drive Disc with the main stat and partition of your choice. Elfy will recommend Woodpecker Electro, but you can select the Drive Disc you want after Elfy teaches Orientation Tuning.

Complete the commission by crafting a Drive Disc of your choice.

Completing this commission unlocks Advanced Tuning, guaranteeing S-Rank Drive Discs whenever you Tune.
