Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Anby Trust Event and Best Answers
To unlock this commission, you must have a high trust level with Anby and this commission will randomly unlock once you DM Anby.
Anby will have you pick where to go, you should reply and say Sixth Street.
Note that choosing Sixth Street will start the Secret Number commission.
Fast travel to Sixth Street and head near the Payphone found at the back of the Coffee Shop. Anby will be here.
Spend time with Anby and finish the commission.

Depending on the number you dial, the succeeding options can give additional trust increases. If you Dial 666666, picking I'll try dialing it again! in the last dialogue option to gain an additional significant Trust Level increase. If you Dial 141414, both options will give a trust increase but You don't seem scared
gives Significant Trust. Dial 123456 give a trust increase when picking I've bought one before.
After completing the commission, you will have Anby's Trust Level increase. This is the only reward for this commission.
