  3. Wait for Evening and Go Back to the Trash Can

Fluff and Fur Misunderstanding Talk to Scarlett

Go to Scarlett who is standing at the empty lot beside Godfinger. Talk to her to start the commission. Don't forget to track the quest.

Go to the Trash Can

Go to the direction of the trash can and talk to Parker standing on the corner.

Wait for Evening and Go Back to the Trash Can

Fluff and Fur Misunderstanding Wait for Evening and Talk to Scarlett and Parker

Go back to Random Play and rest on the sofa to switch the time to evening. Go back to the direction of the trash can and you will see both Scarlett and Parker. Talk to them to finish the commission.
