Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
How to Increase Agent Trust Level
You need to answer Soldier 11's DM about a mysterious cat she's curious about and wanting to see. She will send you a DM after you have completed her Agent Story commission. You'll also need to have unlocked trust events by completing Anby's Problem which is available after clearing Chapter 2 Interlude.

Meet up with Soldier 11 in the alley just behind Godfinger Arcade to go see the cat she's been curious about, to start and complete this trust commission.
