Billy's Request is a Trust Commission for Billy that is only available in the morning. This commission unlocks after you reach the Friendly trust level with Billy.
As this is a videotape request, Billy's Request cannot be replayed once you finish it.

Trust Commissions increase a certain character's Trust when you complete them. Whenever you get an invite from one of your teammates, be sure to respond and help them with their cause!
Billy Kid Trust Event and Best Answers
Answer Billy's DM in the morning, right after you wake up from the bed. After this, meet up with Billy outside the video store to start the commission.
To start the commission, you have to answer Billy's DM, he will ask if you have the movie, Starlight Knight (Special Edition).
Once you have the videotape, Billy will message again asking you to meet outside the Video Store.

To get Starlight Knight (Special Edition), you need to reach Video Store Level 5. Heddy will give Starlight Knight (Special Edition) to you alongside other tapes.
To reach Video Store Level 5, you would need to reach Inter-Knot Level 35, clear Chapter 1 of the main story, and complete Family Education.
How to Raise Your Inter-Knot Level
The event will happen the morning after the DM. You can freely do other commissions first during this day to pass the time.
Billy will be available to meet when you wake up the next morning. Head out of the store and find Billy just outside the door.
Talk to him and ask to watch Starlight Knight (Special Edition) together. After this, the Trust Commission will be complete.

After completing Billy's Request Commission, he is now be able to promote the Video Store.
