Progress the in-game time to Evening to begin this medal quest. You can do this by re-doing easy Commissions, farming in the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.

Go to Waterfall Soup at Lumina Square

Head to the Lumina Square branch of the Waterfall Soup noodle shop. Blueboo will be looking at a vending machine to the left.
