To start, progress the in-game time to Afternoon. You can do this by re-doing easy Commissions, farming in the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.

Cross the Street to the Gravity Theater

Head to the Lumina Square Pedestrian Area and cross the street to the Gravity Theater. Treasure Hunt Bangboo will be here in the Afternooon.
