Complete The Missing "5" - Part 1
Note: The names of these NPCs are Enid and Enid's Mom , but they change to Anne and Anne's Mother once you talk to them. This is likely an error and could get fixed in the future.
Talk to Enid and Enid's Mom
To start this Commission, you'll need to talk to Enid and her Mom up on Plaza Walkway. You'll then be tasked with gathering 2 items from other NPCs in Ballet Twins Road.
Get a Pamphlet and a Calculator

Head down towards Officer Mewmew and grab a Pamphlet from the Aroma Candle Promoter, and a Calculator from the Casual Employee. You can get these items in any order.
Give Items to Enid's Mom
Once you've grabbed these items, head back up and talk to Enid's Mom. After the conversation ends, you'll complete the Commission and unlock the medal!

Silent Poto Guide

Speak to Songsong
Teleport to Blazewood in the morning and speak to Songsong in front of Cheesetopia. She will mention that she's looking for her missing cat in the cacti.
She will also mention that, according to Old Demir, her cat is sleeping underground and will transform into a cactus (known by locals as a Poto) in due time and will protect the Outer Ring, just as all cacti do.
Talk to the Surrounding Cacti

Try to help Songsong by speaking to the cacti in the surrounding area. The locations of both cacti are listed above.
Speak to Old Demir
After the search proves unfruitful, speak to Old Demir at the Lower Level. You will learn that cats, when nearing death, veer away from their owners to avoid inflicting pain on them, and that dying in a Hollow will transform them into cacti.
Accept to search for the cactus that Songsong's cat transformed into and the commission will be available to undertake.
Complete the HDD Commission
Head to the HDD System and complete the Combat Commission. Speak to the cacti you come across as you go about the commission.
Report Back to Songsong
After the Commission is complete, report back to Songsong in the Upper Level of Blazewood and witness her cat's final farewell. This will end the mission and net you the Kind Helper Medal II.
