How to Get
Progress Time to Midnight
To start, progress the in-game time to Midnight. You can do this by re-doing easy Commissions, farming in the HIA's VR Device, or engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost during the Evening.
Go to the Children's Playground
Find the Scientist Bangboo by going to the Children's Playground in Lumina Square. The playground is located far behind Eve's News Stand, follow the road with shops like Coff Cafe to reach the playground.

How to Get
Progress Time to Morning
To start, progress the in-game time to Morning. You can do this by re-doing easy Commissions, farming in the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.
Go to the Sunken Courtyard
Teleport to the Sunken Courtyard in the Ballet Twins Road and go to the bench with the discarded boxes. There, you will see a Sharkboo named Ghost Catcher Bangboo.

How to Get
Progress Time to Morning
Begin by progressing the in-game time to Morning. As of Version 1.2, Proxies can now change the time of day freely.
Apart from that, you can do Side Commissions in the HDD or complete challenges in the HIA Club!
Go to Cheesetopia in Blazewood
Teleport to the Outer Ring, specifically to Cheesetopia in Blazewood.
A Rocketboo called Captain Bangboo is sitting to the left of Cheesetopia by an empty, rusty green cart.
Rewire Captain Bangboo
Unlike previous Bangboos within New Eridu, broken Bangboos in the Outer Ring will require you to play the rhythm game akin those of the First-Class Customer Service event, albeit without background music.
Beware of when you get past the fourth note, as the succeeding notes will come at a faster rate! There will be 8 notes in total to trigger perfectly for an S-Rank rating.
