To start, progress the in-game time to Morning. You can do so by re-doing an easy Combat Commission, farming for materials via the HIA's VR Device, engaging in the challenges at Scott Outpost, or resting.
Find Poor Bangboo
Poor Bangboo will be near the 141 Convenience Store, interacting with a cat that it is supposedly fighting with.

To start, progress the in-game time to Morning. Go home to Random Play and rest either in your bed or on the sofa during the Evening or Midnight to go into the morning.
Go to the Entrancy of Public Security
Fast Teleport to Public Security, and look out for the Paperboo called Transforming Bangboo just near the entrance.
Rewire Transforming Bangboo
Interact with the Transforming Bangboo to rewire it and get it back on its feet!

Go to the Center of the Sunken Courtyard
Next, make your way to the Sunken Courtyard in the Ballet Twins Road, more specifically, the stairs towards the monument in the center. To the right of the stairs, you should find Butler.

How to Get
Progress Time to Morning
Start by progressing the in-game time to Evening. Proxies can now change the time of day freely as of Version 1.2.
Alternatively, you can complete Side Commissions in the HDD or complete challenges in the HIA Club!
Go to the Cubby in Front of Cheesetopia
Teleport to Cheesetopia in Blazewood. From where Burnice's bar was in Chapter 4, there is a cubby filled with crates just beyond.
A Sumoboo called Avenger Bangboo will be sitting amongst the crates.
Rewire Avenger Bangboo
Blazewood's Timely Assistance II will have the disappearing red circles. Pay close attention to the notes' rhythm, especially after the fourth one where every note comes at a faster rate.
There are a total of 12 notes. Get them all perfectly to get an S-Rank rating!
