Zenless Zone Zero Special Training Plan Guide

The Special Training Plan is a new feature in Zenless Zone Zero (ZZZ) introduced in Version 1.4 that helps Proxies build their characters. See how to use Special Training Plan and all its details here!

How to Use the Special Training Plan

Access from the Character Screen

Special Training Plan

To get started in using the Special Training Plan, go to your Character Screen and hover the cursor over the character you wish to build.

Then select Special Training Program by either clicking or tapping on the upper-left corner of the screen, or pressing the corresponding button on your controller.

Set Your Plan

Agent Training Plan

Upon viewing a character's Special Training screen, you will see recommendations on everything—skill priority, Drive Disc sets and main stats for each partition, W-Engine, and level-up materials.

Use this as your guideline for which skills to prioritize, as well as the Drive Discs and materials you need to farm.

To fully take advantage of the Special Training Plan, you can access the Quick Settings to switch your plans between Try Out and Plan to Outstanding. The former is for beginners who are simply looking to test the character.

The latter, however, is for those who plan to fully unlock the character's potential. This plan will include maxing out Skills, getting the best Drive Discs, and leveling the character and their W-Engine to maximum.

Set Your Agent as Plan Target

Quick Settings and Set as Target

After setting your course, you may set your Agent as the Target for the Special Training Plan. Do take note that only one Agent at a time can be set as the Target.

This will mark resources with their icon to let you know which of them you should farm, may it be Drive Discs, Agent Promotion and Skill materials, W-Engine Modification, Expert Challenges or Notorious Hunts.

Look for Your Agent's Icon

In light of this, when farming for resources for your selected Agent, be sure to keep an eye out for their Agent Icon. This will make it easier for you to determine which resources you need to prioritize.
