Anby's Problem is a Trust Commission for Anby. Accepting the commission will unlock Anby's Trust and the Contacts. Anby's Trust Commission is only available in the morning.
This will also be the first Trust Commission, thus unlocking all the other Trust Events and rewards for all the other characters.
Note that Anby's Problem Trust Commission cannot be replayed once you finish it, so always be careful when choosing your answers when talking to Anby.

Unlocked Upon Reaching Chapter 2 Interlude Intermission
Anby's Problem can be unlocked upon reaching Chapter 2 Interlude Intermission. Progress through the main story and reach the prerequisite chapter to unlock this commission.
Chapter 2 Interlude Intermission Quest Guide
Answer Anby
During the intermission, reply to Anby's DM late in the evening when you're just about to take a rest in bed. In the morning, talk to the other Proxy inside Random Play and contact Anby again.
Upon contacting Anby, she will tell you that she's on Sixth Street, and you can meet up with her as soon as possible. Note that you can only meet up with her in the morning.

Meet Up With Anby Near the Gadget Store
Meet up with Anby near the Box Galaxy gadget store on Sixth Street. Talking to Anby will start her asking the trust questions that will affect her trust level with you.
Go to Random Play and Talk to the Other Proxy
Go back to Random Play video store and talk to the other Proxy about what you and Anby have discussed.

Completing Anby's Problem Trust Commission unlocks Trust Events and allows you to start building Trust with all the other characters.
