    ATM solder 11 maximum TRUST level cant be achieved ingame NO MATTER how much events you do, in the archive it says on her page, for the maximum rank > " STAY TUNED for future events" aka, an updated version of the game in the future might bring the final event for her.

    if you're talking about the one were you both go to check on the cat, that is actually the trust mission for the cat not soldier 11, you can check the cats rank by scrolling past the faction to the places tab in the trust section and selecting sixth street

    i dont think you need to have the character, i dont have soldier 11 and got her trust event somehow
