Lighthouse Steps

Talk to the old man standing by the lighthouse steps and an Officer Mewmew poster, named McDunn. He will ask you to check out the giant fish statue down at the docks, then come back to talk to him again.

Dock #4

Head down to the docks and find the dock marked 4 on the floor, beside a boat labeled FT-30. Talk to Mitsuharu, the girl sitting at the edge, to get an HIA Coin.

Fishing Spot

You must complete the As Promised, Drowned in the Harbor (II) quest before Grandpa Gu shows up at the docks, near the lighthouse. Afterwards, talk to Feng, who's sitting by the fish statue.

Roadside Diner Table

To get the HIA Coin, talk to Lanza, who's sitting at the picnic table beside the food booth with the sign 'Roadside Diner' on its front.

Reset the day several times, until the fisherman NPC Teppei shows up standing in front of the Roadside Diner. If you talk to him here, he'll order some food and the diner worker Phee will give you the HIA Coin.

Overlooking the Docks

You must first complete the As Promised, Drowned in the Harbor (I) quest, which starts when you talk to Nian in the docks during the Evening time.

Once you've completed this quest, Dennis will appear by the bike parking area, overlooking the docks. Talk to Dennis to get the HIA Coin.

This HIA Coin can be obtained by talking to Nachi on the right side of a garage door and by the small parking area. After talking to him, go to the entrance of the building and interact with the cat sitting by the door to get the HIA Coin.

Sea God Statue

Talk to Muqing, who is standing in front of the fish statue down at the docks. Afterwards, head to the parking area to talk to Muqing and Mitsuharu.

Wait until the next day's evening to talk to Muqing again. Note that if you're doing the As Promised, Drowned in the Harbor (II) quest, someone for that quest may show up at the spot instead of Muqing.

First, talk to the Mysterious Guy standing by a blocked path, to the left of the green lighthouse. Wait until Midnight the next day and talk to him again to get the HIA Coin.

Lifebuoy

Interact with the Lifebuoy located at the edge of the docks just below where the Mysterious Guy was standing. You will end up rescuing a Bangboo named Gully, who will eventually give you the HIA Coin.
