    Still haven't seen a way to use the multiplayer feature yet.

    Requirements are incorrect, you can unlock the Hunt as early as level 27. However to unlock it, you need to reach the "Chapter 2 Intermission" (as early as level 27) and then do enough side-quest/talking/etc, so that one in-game day passes. After resting, you will get a notification to go talk to Ophelia to unlock the Hunt.
