The recommended agents for this W-Engine are arranged from most to least recommended.
Apart from Rina, Weeping Cradle can also work well with Nicole due to its Energy Regen bonus and Lucy due to her ability to cast her EX Special Attack more than once should she have ample Energy to spend.
So long as any attack from the equipper hits, all party members' DMG will be increased and will be extended should any other attack hit again. The PEN Ratio can also come in useful for ignoring foes' Defense.
