Koleda Can deal 70% more damage on Chain attacks. But the Requirement of 3 slow Basics and a Special [E], Twice & not stunning the enemy on the First Chain, makes it a near impossible feat. I personally Prefer the moveset, Animation, and style of Koleda. I also Like how Quick it is to Stun enemies as Koleda. But she provides Less to the Team, as such I'd Rank her Lower then S. And Would Rank her A. Hope this helps explain my reasoning behind putting Koleda on A. compared to S.
When you Considering how much easier it is to aquire the bonus damage from Lycaon, The Damage bonus being Equal, Damage bonus to all attacks Lycaon is just Better compared to Koleda. Not to mention that a Seperate Passive of Lycaon makes it so enemy ICE resistance is reduced by 25%. Further increasing the Damage Lycaons Team would do to a Enemy. cont2
Koleda - Additional Ability "Belobog Management" After Basic Attack chain press Special to Increase Chain attack's Damage by 35%, Stacking up to 70%. Lycaon - Additional Ability "Elegant Predator" 1 Basic attack to Increase the damage enemies Receive while Stunned by 35%. Koleda Effect Only increases the Damage of the 3-4 Chain attack's being done Once you Trigger a Stun. Lycaon Increases the damage By all attacks, Including the 3-4 Chain attacks but also Ultimate & EX Abilities.

she is a great stun character, she often helps me during battles because she stun enemies very quickly //// Lighter is good but Koleda is Must have
Koleda+Ben = Chain Attack meta team
She'is great in any team. LEVEL UP DODGE and twirl all over enemy daze bar.
With Koleda like any stunners, you can recover Assist points very easily with chain combos. I recommend using her stunning against Fire Shiyu boss enemies easily. Even better with Ben for chain attack dps.
After testing the trial Koleda+Ben in event. It hinted at us using them as Perfect-Assist efficient build meaning they don't need to press and consume skill gauges until they needed it. You gonna have fun parry the hell of it.
I'd rather form a Pyro stun team than those disillusioned meta players telling it's for all round, but that will be nerfed against non weakness teams. Using Ice Lycaon against other non weakness enemies WILL get NERFED entirely on shiyu defense.

I voted A. Reason is in comparison to Lycaon she is garbage. At the same Rate I'd move Anby down 2 Tiers to the lowest. As she provides no bonuses to the team beyond the Daze and stun.
