    I just repeated the pros didn't I?... Anyways point is that he deserves a higher tier.

    He is easy to play and great at attacking at a range. But I agree his damage is low. However, he should be a higher tier. He trades damage for a safer attacking style and you can spam his sprint attacks to attack multiple surrounding enemies at a range. It is easy to avoid attacks when you are far away enough as you have more reaction time than if you're a melee DPS.
