THIS! Why rely on stationary hold-basic attacks when he's already great at dodge aoe shots. maxed Billy Dodge entirely
I maxed out Dodge, Assist Skills and All of it. I have no regrets for his Meta Dodge AOE physical skill because he hits ALL directions.
Maybe Tier 4 means best tier? Only reason Billy is there and Miyabi is a zero... (can't even say this with a straight face smh lol you people are hilarious)
Did they give him the worst rating? THE Billy Kid? Are we talking about the same character? For me he's the best, ranged damage, great damage, area damage and besides being funny he has two revolvers, need I say more?

Have him as my 2nd team's lineup for Shiyu Defense and he always outdamages Miyabi, S++
I don't think billy should be in SS, but def should be at least S tier because wth is he doing in tier 4...

Still my best and only dps lvl 59 maxed everything else finished the whole Shiyu Def and unstable nodes with him
