Tbh Anby should be at least low tier 1. She's really easy to use, fits in any team (as of now) and has good amount of Daze and Energy. Bonus points she's free. The only thing holding her back is her potential. Her Cinema 2 only increases her Daze by a mere 10%, and the support buff from Cinema 4 only works if you use Electric Agents with her; like Grace or Anton.

I kinda wish i got Rina instead of Soldier 11, but Soldier is quite underrated. I like to play her with Nicole and Soukaku with amy bangboo which is Amillion. I'm only a level 25 so this is all i have. What do you guys think?
I lost 50/50 to Soldier 11 too but you don't hear me complaining about it. There's much more to this game than collecting characters. If you limit yourself to believing this game is P2W and a gambling game, well of course you aren't going to have fun!
