Tbh Anby should be at least low tier 1. She's really easy to use, fits in any team (as of now) and has good amount of Daze and Energy. Bonus points she's free. Last update on 21 July, 2024. The only thing holding her back is her potential. Her Cinema 2 only increases her Daze by a mere 10%, and the support buff from Cinema 4 only works if you use Electric Agents with her; like Grace or Anton.
Real talk here, how can I take seriously a tierlist that puts S11 in T2, when she's performing slightly below Ellen and Zhi without the massive buffs those two get, especially in Shiyu? The only explanation I can think of, is that whoever made this list can never trigger fire suppression without her skill(and even then T2 is ridiculous).

I also got her and I love her so much. Use Lucy instead of Soukaku and you're good! And it would be better if you use Ben Bigger or any Stun unit like Anby or Lycaon instead of Nicole, but if you happen to really like Nicole, she'll do just fine for now!
