You will finally be able to get Nihil Cloth by unlocking the Mayoido Antiques on 7/18 and reaching the Yabbashah Block in Tartarus.

They can be found randomly in chests within the Yabbashah Block and beyond.

Get from Chests in Monad Doors

Nihil Cloth can be found within Monad Door chests. Monad Doors appear randomly and contains powerful enemies guarding them.

They will also disappear when you don't access them and you move to different floors, so make sure to access them immediately while being prepared first in order to get the chest rewards inside.
