Follow-up. I was mistaken about the archer looking different, I just wasn't used to seeing the archer from behind. It seems to be a rare drop from the Goborn Archers. I have gotten 3 so far now. The Protagonist is using the Merchant archetype, and all three characters have Lucky Find. I am not sure if Lucky Find applies as I am over-leveled for the area and didn't actually go into battle with them.
When going through the Imp's Den, after I had cleared the entire area enemies started respawning. There was a Goborn Archer that spawned I believe, and from what I recall I think it had a ranger-like cloak on, but I could be misremembering because I killed it in the overworld so fast. It did look different than the others, though, I remember thinking that before I killed it, and then the bow dropped.
I randomly found this bow while trying to complete the Goborn King bounty. I had the passive skill Lucky Find equiped. When in a battle with Goborn Archers the bigger versions in the outworld, I got it as a reward in an unscathed battle. I ended up dying in the battle with the Goborn King before saving and lost it. I got to the point were I was higher level and could one shot all the enemies in the area. I tried to obtain it again that way to no avail. Hope this helps!
