1. Navigate to the Coast of Ensan Inlet
Approach the samurai hiding on the south side of Oshima Coast, near Ensan Inlet. The samurai will warn you about Eagle Eye Kondo's guards and the eagles patrolling the area.
2. Swim Across the Island
Swim across the island without being spotted by the eagles or guards. You can submerge using the R3 button to avoid detection, but keep an eye on your breath meter. Move quickly or you will gradually lose HP if you run out of breath. The island entrance is located in the opposite direction from where you came.
3. Defeat Eagle Eye Kondo
Upon reaching the island, you will encounter Eagle Eye Kondo along with his guards. This fight can be challenging if you are unprepared. Additionally, dying here will send you back to the shore, forcing you to swim across again. It is recommended to use a stealth approach, eliminating the guards around Eagle Eye Kondo first to reduce their numbers before engaging the boss.
How to Fight Shielded Enemies
The enemies here all carry wooden shields, which can be tough to deal with. There are several ways to counter them, but the most effective is using a Kusarigama, as it allows you to break them from a distance.

Talk to the hiding samurai behind the rocks on the south side of Oshima Coast, near the Esan Inlet, to start the hunt for Eagle Eye Kondo.
