Unlocked When Trust is Near Close
Once you build enough trust with Lucia to raise it to Close, this commission will appear on the schedule during evening.

Try to Sleep
After getting this Trust Commission, try to go to bed at the Suibian Temple Sanctum. At midnight, Lucia will come to wake you up for an important commission assigned to her by Yuzuha.
Follow Lucia to the Tong Sui Shop
Exit your bedroom and follow Lucia to the tong sui shop to find the Daylight Emissary, who happens to be none other than Paperboo.
Report to Manato
Manato can be found just outside of Cairn's Pet Shop, near the Mystic Wares antique store. Speak to him and report to both him and Yuzuha about your mission progress. This should conclude the mission!
