Dreamlit Hearth is a great option for Support Agents that require a lot of Energy Regen, but the important thing to note is that it specifically needs the equipper to trigger Ether Veil for its passive to take effect.
Additionally, this W-Engine is specifically designed to increase the party's Max HP, which is only beneficial to the DMG output of a limited number of characters. Hence, the only Agent viable to wield this is Lucia.
