Take Advantage of Quick Assists
With Astra in your party, Quick Assists are made easy. Be sure to use this mechanic often to switch between the two Attack Agents in your party and alternate between them to deal massive bouts of DMG.
Not only that, when alternating, be sure to use their EX Special Attacks to take full advantage of Seed's Core Skill, bestowing Onslaught, Direct Strike, and Besiege on both her and her Vanguard!

Gain Acuity Stacks
During combat, when performing a Chain Attack or by casting your Agents' Ultimate, your squad gains Acuity stacks. With each Acuity stack, it increases your overall team damage by 5% and gains an additional Decibel Generation Rate by 10%.
After gaining Acuity stacks, you can use Seed's full Electric skill combo to deal massive damage to the machine enemies.
Perform Assists and Dodge Counters
It is important to dodge or parry any incoming enemy attacks, as the Acuity stack decreases whenever an Agent takes damage.

Rely on Dodge Counters and Perfect Assists
To complete this stage quickly, select the new buff that gives a DMG boost per 2 seconds without DMG, then rely heavily on Dodge Counters and Perfect Assists to keep the buff active.
This shouldn't be much of a problem as the attack patterns of the enemies in this stage are very easy to predict, and Soldier 11, who specializes in Dodge Counters, is in the party.

Avoid Miasma Pools
Avoid the Miasma Pools that the Banyrek will attack to avoid getting corrupted. Defeat it as soon as possible using the attack cues against it.
Apply Orphie & Magus' Ex Special Attack
The best way to defeat all the Doppelganger enemies is to use Orphie and Magus' kit to your advantage and use their EX Special Attack then switch to Seed to deal with them faster.
