Find Mellow and Get Information on the Obscura Shard
Mellow is a kid with blue hair and can be found at the entrance to the beach of Sailume Bay. Upon speaking to Mellow, the kid will ask for your help with solving an Ether Tuning puzzle.
Mellow's Ether Tuning Puzzle Walkthrough
To solve Mellow's puzzle, you need to put the A button on the left side, the B button on the upper right side, the C button on the middle, and the D button on the lower right side.
Go to Dante's House
Dante's house is just upstairs from where Mellow was located. Upon arriving at the location, you will see Isolde at the front door, talking to Dante.
Find Dante at the Beach
After the conversation with Isolde, Dante runs off to the beach, crying and upset. While Yuzuha and Manato comfort him, Dante's toy Denny was fired into the water and transforms into a raft.
Borrowing Dante's raft will teleport you to the Hollow to further investigate. You will be given a trial use of Alice and Yuzuha as your characters.
Investigate the Fork in the Road
While exploring the Hollow, you will notice tire tracks on the road that can be tracked down using the Insight Technique. After analyzing the first tire track, follow the objective trail until you find an access card.
Find a Way to Open the Closed Door
Follow the objective marker, defeat the nearby Ethereals, and access the Bangboo Workbench on the side of a closed door.
Complete the Marcel Maze
Let Eous go into the Marcel Maze to unlock the door. The Marcel Maze is fairly simple to complete, you just need to follow the arrows that will lead you to the exit.

| 1 |  Go forward and head to the left until you see a checkpoint. |
| 2 |  At the checkpoint island, head to the left side while following the arrow to the correct path. |
| 3 |  Cross the jumping platforms and onto the next checkpoint on the other side. |
| 4 |  Head straight into the next checkpoint and go towards the right. |
| 5 |  Head down the stairs and take the jumping platform on the right, which will take you to the finish line. |
| 6 |  Reach the finish line to complete the Marcel Maze. |
Break Through the Miasma
Follow the path towards the higher floors while defeating nearby Ethereals. Break through the Miasma blocking the path with the Insight Technique.
Continue down the path and destroy the Miasma Tumor inside the warehouse by looking for small Miasma near it.
Investigate the Elevator
Investigate the elevator inside the warehouse, behind the Miasma Tumor. The elevator seems to be locked, but it might lead somewhere you can find more clues.
Look for Clues Nearby
The clues for the passcode for the elevator are inside the warehouse and marked on the map.
The first clue has a label of Signs of Damage near metal crates, and the other clue is labeled Huge Empty Container, which is a big brown box.
Ask About the Results of the Interrogation
After getting all the clues, you return to Failume Heights to check all the information. Along the way back, you meet a fake concierge and decide to interrogate him with Pan Yinhu and Manato.
Contact Yixuan
Contact Yixuan by going into the HDD System inside your room in the Suibian Temple. You tell her all the information you have gathered in the investigation so far.
Discuss Accomodation Arrangements with Everyone
Return to the group and talk to them about where they will stay in the Suibian Temple. A short cutscene about Alice's backstory will also play at the end of the conversation.
